The Bird of Paradise hall
The park's main dining venue is a fully air-conditioned, 3,000-seat banquet hall styled as an Arcadian temple garden, with three further halls kept aside for private events and larger groups.
What's on the buffet
The kitchen serves a mix of oriental and western dishes, with Indian, vegetarian and Halal options served alongside them, so a table with different diets can eat from the same room without a separate menu.
Eating without the buffet ticket
Visitors on the admission-only ticket can still eat inside the park at the Fire Eater A La Carte restaurant, which serves Thai Lanna-style dishes, or at the faster Burger Theater and the park's snack bars.
Timing dinner around the parade
On the 8:30pm parade, dinner is typically taken first, in the hour or two before the show; on the 6:30pm parade, it follows, once the Paradium has emptied out.
A drink with the view
The park also runs a panorama cocktail bar over the Valley of Lights, and a cocktail-boat cruise along what it calls the River of Lights, for anyone extending the evening past the buffet.
Dietary options
Vegetarian and Halal dishes are served as part of the same buffet line rather than a separate menu, worth knowing if your group is eating together at one table.
